As of January 1, 2026, it is NOW REQUIRED for all Appraisers to have the 7-hour National Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulation Course to renew your license; For any upgrade license categories including Appraiser Trainees - it is now required to have the 8-hour Qualification (QE) National Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations with a test before your application can be approved.
All Continuing Ed Certificates must be scanned and emailed to mmg@mab.ms.gov
